ChiBall is a low impact mind body relaxation and exercise program that is suitable for everyone. In fact we’ve yet to meet anyone who wouldn’t benefit from a one or more aspects of the ChiBall method. At ChiBall, we like to keep things simple – Everyone is welcome to undertake ChiBall health and wellbeing courses, at home or face to face. ChiBall offers a complementary set of skills to enhance your existing wellbeing; skills that can be used in your everyday life as part of your own personal development, or used as ideas to create renewed interest in your mind body classes. We love ChiBall and you will too. We encourage you to dip into ChiBall and use whatever your body and mind need at this particular stage in your journey to wellness. We ask only one thing to protect the integrity of ChiBall. Can I use my ChiBall if I am unwell or pregnant
ChiBalls are some of the safest equipment that can be used for complementary therapy or during pregnancy. ChiBalls comply with the world’s strictest environmental regulations, including the Californian state legislation proposition 65 which prohibits the use of over 550 chemicals that are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. The prohibited list contains a wide range of chemicals, including phthalates, BPA, dyes, solvents, pesticides, drugs, food additives, and by-products of certain processes.
How is my ChiBall made?
Your ChiBall™ is uniquely handcrafted and infused with a ChiAroma™, and may vary slightly in size, texture and colour. These variations are perfectly normal and add to the character of your ChiBall™.

What is in the ChiAroma and where are they made
All our products are made in Australia. Our ChiAroma is made from ethically sourced essential oils, teatree oil which is added for it’s anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, purified water and a natural plant based emulsifier which binds it all together. The ChiAroma’s are made by Buckley and Philips who are based in Victoria.
What's the best way to inflate my ChiBall?
Inflating your ChiBall™ for the first time:
Remove the plug from your ChiBall™.
Hold your ChiBall™ against a hard surface and insert the inflator tube.
Do NOT over inflate. Blow into the inflator tube until your ChiBall™ attains desired firmness. (If you don’t have an inflator tube, you can simply blow directly into your ChiBall™’s valve or use a drinking straw.)
Quickly remove the inflator tube and pinch the plug hole with your fingers to prevent the air from escaping, and insert the plug into the hole.
Do not over inflate the ChiBall with a mechanical pump. The ball should be soft when correctly inflated and is not designed to be inflated under pressure.
After repeated use, your ChiBall™ will no longer need the inflator tube. For some ChiBall™ exercises it may be necessary to reduce the size of your ChiBall™. To re-inflate, simply remove the plug, balance the ChiBall™ in the palm of your hand and allow the external air to draw back into the ChiBall™.
Why are there 10 ChiBall Colours
Each Chiball is tied to an energy phase from the yin yang energy cycle and represents one of the five elements – Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Each of the elements has yin and yang associations and each of the ten ChiBalls represent the yin or yang of each of the five elements.

How long will my purchases take to arrive?
Digital products and training manuals or videos are delivered to your inbox as soon as your payment clears. All physical orders are dispatched with Australia Post within 48hrs of receiving your payment from our warehouse in Adelaide South Australia. Orders within Australia can take upto 7 days to arrive. Overseas orders can take between 3 and 6 weeks depending on clearance by import customs agents. Unfortunately we have no control over customs delays or additional charges you may incur from customs and import duties. We strongly advise you to order from a distributor in your own country if you are able. What is your returns policy?
We fully respect your consumer rights within the country where you took delivery of your products. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are not fully satisfied with a product you ordered or received, we’ll refund or exchange it.
Exchange and Returns Polcy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item to us in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt and we will refund or exchange the product.
If your product was damaged in initial transit, we will send you a replacement.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty, and we will provide you with a refund or replacement. Please note that we reserve the right to send back opened items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days unless they are faulty.
