Tai Chi has now evolved into a graceful form of exercise especially used for stress management and other health conditions. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
 
Tai Chi can improve balance control, fitness, and flexibility, and might cut the risk of falls in older people. Research says it can also reduce pain and the symptoms of depression in some cases.
 
As a form of exercise, it combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. This generates internal energy, song (loosening) and jing (serenity).
 
The ultimate purpose of tai chi is to cultivate the qi or life energy within us to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body.
 
Tai Chi within Chiball is used to ground and gently warm the body, build awareness, and calm the mind. ChiBall uses Tai Chi to bring concentration, flow, and relaxation within the movement. The Tai Chi component stirs and moves the chi and reflects the rising yang energy.
 
Tai Chi is also used to helping a person be familiar with all the different aspects of yourself; When they are unified, you are integrated.
